CHALLENGE
Fornitura Idraulica is an Italian e-commerce with over 15,000 products, including plumbing and thermal solar panels, faucets, sinks, sanitary, and bathroom furniture. The challenge was focused on two main objectives:
- Increase sales compared to the previous year
- Increase profitability
APPROACH
Given the extensive catalog and high search volume, particularly for certain categories, we placed the product at the center of our strategy. Specifically, we analyzed price competitiveness, search volumes, and market share per item in relation to the allocated budget.
We designed the campaign structure to efficiently allocate the investment across products. Furthermore, we ensured that products dynamically shifted between campaigns based on their performance relative to the set targets.

The project presented significant complexity in all aspects: from identifying Martech tools to defining the campaign structure, analyzing results, and implementing continuous optimizations.
The results fully rewarded the efforts; engagement increased by 21%, while the CPC decreased by 2.8% year over year.
Revenue grew by 97%, with a 17% increase in investment year over year.
Finally, profitability increased by 68%.
